Company Introduction
Zhejiang Hengli Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a processing enterprise integrating raw material procurement, metal cutting/blanking, precision sheet metal parts, structural parts welding, parts machining, forming, and distribution. The company was founded in 2002 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Its total industrial output value reached 150 million yuan in 2009, 300 million yuan in 2010, and is expected to reach 450 million yuan in 2011. Located in Fengdu Industrial Park, Pingyao, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, the company is close to National Highway 104. The factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters and employs 500 people, including 61 professional and technical management personnel. Six of them have obtained the European standard welder certificate (from Germany's TUV SUD CHINA).

Project achievements
Zhejiang Hengli Metal, in collaboration with Jinggong Intelligence, has jointly established a lean and intelligent factory. By fully integrating lean concepts and implementing lean, automated, and information-based solutions, the factory has reduced material handling and the quantity of work-in-process during production, thereby enhancing production efficiency. The project has been recognized by the client during its implementation, and the estimated benefits are as follows: 1. Reduction of storage area by approximately 50%; 2. Savings of 10% in workshop manpower; 3. Significant improvement in 5S and visual management levels on the production site.
