Dokko Packaging was founded in 2007. It is a company management team composed of a **team based on complementary expertise, cognition, tasks, and roles, reflected in its excellent technical level, stringent quality standards, and innovative **capabilities. Leveraging a solid business foundation, rich experience in the packaging industry, and **knowledge, we have decided to establish a company with technology and credibility. We continuously enhance our own strength. In terms of technology, our products extend from **food packaging to electronic product packaging; in terms of strategy, we expand from packaging sales to solution-oriented business, in order to increase market coverage and explore more business opportunities. We will develop differentiated products and complete solutions to serve different markets, bringing new value to customers and long-term benefits to shareholders.
Project process and outcomes
The new factory project for Daoke Packaging took four months. The Jinggong Intelligent team liberated the enterprise from traditional manufacturing mode through the planning of the new factory for Daoke Packaging. They planned the overall resources from the layout, connected the flow of people and logistics in each block, and aimed at intelligent manufacturing. The new factory achieved lean layout, automated production, intelligent logistics, mobile management, transparent data, and data-driven decision-making, reducing the number of logistics handling and work-in-process during the production process and enhancing the overall manufacturing capability. During the project, it was highly recognized and praised by the leaders and employees of the client.
